Guidelines for Volunteer Registration

1 Nature of Volunteering

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience and contribute meaningfully to a cultural initiative. This is a completely voluntary engagement. No monetary payment or honorarium will be provided at any stage.

• Official Certification
• Hands-on experience of working in real-life event and festival environments
• Exposure to literature, arts, culture, and large-scale event coordination

Note: If any honorarium is included, it will be informed and decided by the festival committee members.

2 Volunteer Engagement Timeline

• Portal Registration Opens: 1st April 2026
• Pre-Event Activities: Ongoing (starting immediately after registration)
• Flexibility: Serve during pre-events, the final festival, or both.

3 Cities for Pre-Events & Main Festival

Pre-events will be organized in the following cities. Local volunteers will be given preference for their respective cities.

4 Eligibility & Expectations

• Interest in literature, arts, culture, or event management.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to assigned responsibilities and time.
• Prior volunteering experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

Shortlisted volunteers will be contacted via email, phone, or online channels. City-wise assignments will be based on overall availability and organizational requirements. Detailed schedules will be shared closer to event dates.
